CHAIR YOGA
Practised sitting in, or standing behind a chair and using it for support, Special Yoga’s chair yoga uses simple techniques to help diverse populations with restricted movement due to disability, aging or injury.
It allows participants to physically extend themselves in a safe environment, can be taught anywhere, and doesn’t need any special equipment.
